I help people fall in love with their bodies again.

Too many people live in fear of their own movement. They've been told to avoid this, stop that, “be careful” with everything.

I believe the opposite. Your body is adaptable. Your mind is powerful. All you need is the
right guidance.

Hi, I'm Meghan.

Philosophy

How we Work

Instead of focusing only on what's wrong, we find your starting point, and build on what's working.

We give you
green lights

What works for someone else might not work for you. That's okay. We'll find what does.

Every program

is personal

Real change doesn't happen overnight. But when it does happen, it lasts.

MEET THE TEAM

with more than a decade of experience in coaching and rehab.

I'm a Doctor of
Physical Therapy,
Certified Athletic Trainer, and Strength Coach

But more than that, I’m someone who truly believes in your potential — the potential to understand your body, navigate injury without fear, maximize performance, and train for LIFE.

My approach bridges the gap between rehab and performance, helping active adults and athletes build strength, improve movement, and feel more confident in their body through all stages of life — including pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic floor concerns, and persistent pain.

I’m also a wife and mom to a toddler + golden retriever. I’m a gym bro at heart and love anything sourdough, coffee, and being outdoors.

Doctor of Physical Therapy, NASM-certified personal trainer, new mama, and lover of all things movement.

Coach Jordan

Jordan is passionate about helping the athletic population feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies, whether that means navigating pregnancy and postpartum, recovering from an injury, or returning to the everyday activities they love. Her approach blends her background in outpatient sports orthopedics with 10 years of personal training, along with her experience in bodybuilding and CrossFit, to bridge the gap between rehab and real life.

When she’s not programming, you’ll find her soaking up time with her baby girl Harlowe, walking her goldendoodle with her husband, staying active in the gym, and experimenting with high-protein, healthy recipes in the kitchen.

Jordan believes movement is powerful and meant to be part of every season of life.
